Rickie Elman joined JAXFLA CPA in March 2026 as the firm's receptionist. As the first face clients see when they visit our office, Rickie is dedicated to creating a welcoming and professional experience. He answers phone calls, emails, messages, and faxes while ensuring every client receives prompt, courteous assistance.

Rickie also provides valuable administrative and back-office support by assisting with client documentation and helping keep the office running efficiently. He enjoys recognizing our clients with birthday greetings and thank-you cards in appreciation of their continued confidence and support during tax season. Rickie looks forward to learning every aspect of the firm and assisting clients and coworkers wherever he can.

Outside the office, Rickie enjoys attending church and taking walks. He is excited to be part of the JAXFLA CPA family and is committed to providing friendly, dependable service while supporting the firm's tradition of exceptional client care.
